When entering the car, the wheel and underbody washing system washes them under high pressure. Next, emulsion and active foam are applied to the car under the fanfare of LED lighting, which provides an element of the show. After that, the machine is washed with water under high pressure from a horizontal and two vertical applicators, liquid wax is applied, washed with osmosis and blown, completing the procedure.
In several stages, two types of emulsion are applied to the car to soften any crusted dirt, and thanks to our contouring system, the chemicals will be evenly applied to all areas of the car.
The robot automatically detects and identifies all types of vehicles, precisely following the car body at a distance of 35 cm, water is alternately supplied from a horizontal or vertical applicator sleeve at high pressure up to 100 bar from 15 nozzles.
The horizontal sleeve-applicator approaches the maximum permissible distance to the surface of the car along its contour and ensures perfect cleaning of the car.
